Casa Carlita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located two blocks from the ocean front in the residential neighborhood Corpus Christi. The home has a comfortable living and dining area with delightful rustic Mexican furniture. The bedrooms are large, at opposite ends of the house, each with its own bath for total privacy.

The modern kitchen offers a breakfast bar and is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker,toaster, dishes and cookware. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The air conditioning can be set thermostatically in each room via a hand held remote. In Casa Carlita guests will enjoy the comforts of home, including cable TV,VCR/DVD and stereo. There is a small safe with a programmable digital lock, DVD movies and a reading library. Wireless high speed internet access is free, so bring your lap top.

The front courtyard is surrounded by a high wall that offers guests the total private use of the kidney shaped swimming pool. There's plenty of outdoor furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun,an outdoor shower and scuba rinse tank for scuba divers to rinse their gear or snorkeling equipment.

Casa Carlita offers top quality accommodations for 2-5 guests, a great location only one street away from the newest and largest grocery store on Cozumel, complete with deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor, and several ATM machines. Nearby is a modern new multi-screen movie theatre, there is a public beach within walking distance, plus Casa Carlita is within walking distance to town.

You will find Casa Carlita is well maintained, the house has a pool man and a maid to make sure the house stays in good shape and is a comfortable home. Plus, the outdoor area with its covered patio, garden and pool is a tropical delight.

What a beautiful amazing home
Casa Carlita was everything we imagined and more. Safe quiet neighborhood. We felt very secure. Casa Carlia is an Awesome place to stay!
We have stayed at Casa Carlita's several times. This time was for two weeks. Each time has been wonderful. Everything at the house is perfect. Communication with Carla and her local representative, Victor is great! The home has everything you need and the pool area is it's own paradise. Will stay again in the future. Thank you.

Just like home
Our stay was very enjoyable, as the property was well maintained and equipped with all necessary provisions. Carla was very helpful in answering our questions, and helping us book the week that we wanted. We had a wonderful host, Victor, to greet us, and a exceptional cleaning lady, Mary, who insured our stay was top notch. The house was comfortable and was perfect for our stay in Cozumel. Perfect in every way
I absolutely love this house and the entire staff. The only challenge is that it’s always booked - for very good reasons! It is quiet, very comfortable and very clean. Carla (host) is super responsive and Victor and Maria are wonderful. The private pool is spectacular before and after diving. It’s super convenient to rinse and store dive gear which I really appreciate. It’s far enough off the beaten path to not feel touristy and close enough to get to everything. Can’t recommend it enough.

This home is everything we could have asked for and more. It is in a great location that is central to great shops, restaurants and groceries. Everything was clean and well organized. We enjoyed everything about this home, especially the pool. We will be back!

We loved our time at Casa Carlita! It was my husband, daughters (8 and 10), and myself. It was a beautiful and very clean house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was 2 blocks walk to a grocery store and my children loved the pool! The owner and the home manager were very easy to get a hold of and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Casa Carlita!

Just fantastic !
All we needed and exactly what we expected. A great house that we will certainly go back to. For us, the location was amazing, We had a car as we are there to dive and wanted to get about easily when we wanted to. However, its such a great house in a great location we didn't need a car the stuff people usually do. Its all there and in great shape - THANK YOU

Nice house in a great location
The house is just as shown in the pictures and is very nice. Great layout with a bedroom and a bathroom on each side. Kitchen has everything you need and A/C works great. House is clean with maid service and Victor the house manager is excellent. The owner, Carla, responds very quickly and all communication is excellent. We would definitely rent this house again.

Best Casa on the Island
This is our 3d stay and we LOVE this place....we have made it our standard in comparing other Casa’s......nothing compares to date. Carla has paid attention to the smallest of details making every stay extraordinarily comfortable. You won’t be disappointed...well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and Maria keeps the home smelling good and very clean home!!! And only a 3 min walk for groceries and a 5 min walk to the beach!! You can’t go wrong with Casa Carlita!!

Another Awesome Vacation at Casa Carlita
Well, as the title states, my wife and I had another awesome stay at Casa Carlita! This was our fourth stay at Carla’s home and our fifth stay is already booked. Carla is very attentive to any needs. Victor and Maria take great pride in making sure our stay is perfect. The home is clean, organized and comfortable. The pool is awesome! There are great restaurants and a grocery store close by. Casa Carlita is amazing!
I can't say enough about our stay in Casa Carlita. The house is perfect for 2 couples. Carla was very attentive to all my emails prior to our arrival and Victor was fantastic! He met us at the airport, arranged for our shuttle to the house, and even did some shopping for us so that the house would be stocked for breakfast and Bloody Mary's. The house is only 2 blocks from the large grocery store, Chedraui which is really convenient. Also only 2 blocks from the main road and all other shopping or diving needs. Great place all around!

Fabulous!
Stayed 5 days with family and this place is great. It’s decor is warm and welcoming, pool and outside area is the perfect place to hang out. Communication with both the owner and the property manager was efficient with instant responses. The 2 cleaning ladies were very sweet and did a fantastic job. This case has everything you need to wind down and relax. Very close to grocery stores and Main Street. We hope to return in the future! Thanks so much for everything.

We Love Casa Carlita!!
My sister and I stayed a week in Cozumel at Casa Carlita and absolutely loved it! We had everything we needed and the communication is top notch! The house was extremely comfortable and is in a great location. We walked most everywhere we went. However, if you need a taxi, they are not hard to find. Victor and Guadalupe were wonderful and very helpful to us. Carla's attention to detail is perfect - we felt like it was our home away from home! We definitely recommend Casa Carlita to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay and we would love to stay here again!

Casa Carlita is Awesome!!!
Okay, if you look back at some of the past guest's comments, you will see a common theme with my wife and me. This is because this was our fifth stay at Casa Carlita and we have already booked our sixth for 2024. Carla's home is clean and organized. She recently purchased a new refrigerator and gas stove. Both are great. Her local representative Victor is very helpful and friendly. The home is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and about a 15 minute walk downtown. Thank you Carla. LOVED LOVED LOVED this house!
LOVED this house so much that we have booked it again next February and home to in November as well!! I can’t say enough about Victor and Maria...their hospitality is unmatched!!! They went as far as to stock beverages of our choice in the refrigerator!! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay to include the use of bikes to get around! The neighborhood is quiet and in close to proximity to grocery stores and touristy as well as quaint local restaurants. The house also comes with daily maid service if wanted and the pool is private as the courtyard is surrounded for privacy!!! LOVED THIS HOUSE SO MUCH we even booked it again in February and hope to again in November next year!!!

Excellent Stay
The owners were awesome to work with from start to finish! Great communication throughout the trip. The house was equipped with everything you would need from towels, linens, plates, glasses, pots & pans ect. The house was extremely clean thanks to Mary the cleaning lady! The pool was great for relaxing when we weren't out and about on the island. Great location!!! A block away from the grocery store, two & 1/2 blocks from the Melgar. About a 15 minute walk into town. Never once did we feel unsafe in the neighborhood! Can't say enough about the house!! We'll definitely re-book when it's available 😊

Carla certainly deserves a Superhost rating
This was our first trip to Cozumel. We came for diving. We rented a vehicle. Casa Carlita was perfect for our stay. Very convenient, quiet and comfortable. Most importantly, the property was EXACTLY as described. In addition, Carla and her staff were one-step ahead of us at all times. We were met at the airport. The housecleaning was top notch. I've owned short term rentals and had excellent management. I'm truly impressed that Carla is personally able to pull of such extraordinary service. I'd come back in a minute. Charlie and Yana

BEAUTIFUL!!
This was our second stay and just as perfect as our first! Victor is the best and very accommodating to any requests. Maria was our housekeeper for the week and makes sure everything is fresh and clean! Victor was able to send a masseuse to Casa Carlita for a 1 hour massage whom were very professional and provided a great massage!! The home has a beautifully stocked kitchen, dozen of movies, books and cards games for entertainment if you just want to stay in! Tons of local restaurants just outside the door as well as a refreshing pool that is well maintained. The house also has 4 bicycles available as well as numerous beach towels!

Just what the doctor ordered.......
We were looking forward to two weeks of peace and quiet in a nice setting. Time to read books, sit in the sun and shade, to snooze or cool off in the pool, and when the magic hour of four o’clock came, to have a gin and tonic. What we got here was the perfect location, a beautiful, peaceful home and staff attentive to make sure that our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. In the evening we had a lovely stroll along local streets to dinner at one of the many very good restaurants in Cozumel. This was one of our best experiences of renting from the owner. Carla was quick to respond, her staff were amazing and she checked with us by email several times when we were at the property. Unfortunately, we cannot return next year because of other commitments but we look forward to coming back again.
