Casa las Palmas is a residence with four updated studios and a beautiful built swimming pool with an outdoor grill area, & mezzanine floor with launch chairs. The studio is equipped with everything you will need to be as comfortable as your own home. Enjoy a cold drink by the pool or just relax in the hammock. The swimming pool is very refreshing and a welcomed feature of this home. The common areas as the pool, outdoor grill, mezzanine floor, outdoor TV, table and chairs and outside restroom are there for your convenience and are shared between the two studios on the first floor when they both occupied. The mezzanine floor is equipped with lounge chairs and sun deck. Enjoy the sun, have a cold drink, read a book or even watch a movie or just relax.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and sofa bed for two kids or one extra adult . Beautiful beach theme wall mural. Air conditioning, smart TV with integrated (Roku) high speed internet. The updated kitchen offers all the necessary items you need to prepare your meals; microwave, coffee maker, blender, 5 gallon purified water jug with electric pump, toaster and more. You have to refill it if you need additional drinking water.

Casa Las Palmas is conveniently located 3 blocks from Sam’s Club, Bodega Aurrera (super market) and many closed by restaurants. The gas station is 5 minutes away on transversal few blocks from el caracol (THE BIG SNAIL).
The most famous question, "where is the water?" The water is located approximately 1 mile away, All linens, towels, beach towels, utensils, coffee maker, blender etc. Snorkeling gear is also available and located in the outside rest room.

The property has video cameras at the entrance and pool area for safety reasons. Also the property is equipped with electrical alarm system for extra security. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and safe but I like to keep my place safer for my guest.

Lots of privacy and feels cozy
I had a great time staying here. Location is great because you have lots of privacy and quiet for when you need to rest to go dive. Food options nearby are awesome. Host and groundskeepers were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay

Good value for money
The property was very much as listed. The unit is newly renovated with a very nice shower; however the bathroom is very small otherwise and a little awkward. The bedroom is very large with a comfortable double bed and storage but due to the blackout coating on the patio doors to the pool and lounge area (providing thorough privacy), there is no view when the doors are closed and it is quite dark in the room during the day. The kitchen is very nice with seating for 6, the air fryer, blender and cooktop are great to have, there is newer basic dishware, glasses and lots of untensils (no covers for the pots and pans). The laundry facilities are very nice to have. Jaime was very responsive to our requests and will organize cleaning in between if needed. For a longer stay, what would have been a gamechanger for us, would be to have a couch. For much of our visit, it rained so using the outdoor loungers was not an option - not anybody's fault. The pool is kept in pristine condition. Would consider staying again if there was a couch worked into the furnishings. Nice place!
