Phillip Island - Court Access to "Lovers Walk" Front Beach Cowes

Kava Villa is a modern two story villa located in a quite court in Cowes. The court has private gate access to a safe swimming front beach, (see photos) making it the perfect location for families with children and couple's alike. A short stroll along the lover's walk track leads easily up to Cowes village.

Split system, Fully equipped kitchen, electric cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, tea towels, refrigerator. Balcony leads to outdoor setting and BBQ. Open plan dining and lounge area, couches, plasma TV, DVD, Stereo, powder room and laundry (washer and dryer). Downstairs is a secure courtyard with a large deck surrounded by garden beds.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing.

Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.

We had a lovely stay here and being so close to the beach was fabulous. The front court yard area was excellent as a place to sit after coming back from the beach. Like many places there are a few things which could be updated but overall they didn't affect our stay too much.

Location, location was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to beach, shops n cafes.
Location of this property was prefect. Layout was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. (Please note: Kitchenware and appliances could be updated/maintained better. Good although I thought the second bathroom downstairs was a a bit small + there is a need of a toilet downstairs separate from the ensuite to the main bedroom - maybe under the stairs? A non-slip thing in the bath would also be a goo safety measure perhaps? Lovely home, great location. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much,

beautiful property inside and out
was a great get away for us. At the end of the street was netball courts footy field park and skateboard Park perfect for the kids. In the court was a walkway to the beach, just 1 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend this property.

An Amazing Property
Amazing getaway property, great amenities, few minutes from the beach and just awesome surroundings. Property Management was exquisite and dealing with Mauro was simple awesome. Although the three bedrooms are around the main bathroom on the ground level, having four adults and two children under three wasn't a problem. The house is a short walk to the beach and has space inside and out to relax. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure and hot water.

Cowes Mini Beach Break
Nice property, in a fantastic location! It was great to spend time with family and to be able to bring the dog along. Loved the easy access to beach. A couple of suggestions - mattresses need upgrading, locks need attention upstairs. The two-way bathroom doors need locks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay at this property again. :)

Overall, location of Kava Villa is great, close to the beach and shops - 5 stars for location. The property however is tired and in need of comfortable couches and pillows and a good clean. The carpet was very stained and some of the kitchen pots where not usable and need to be replaced.
