"The hotel is away from the road in pleasant surrounds. The staff was very welcoming. We had a comfortable spacious room and large bathroom. There is a comfortable sitting room in the hotel though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was satisfactory."

"Well signposted and so very easy to find! Very friendly welcome, comfortable, cosy bar and pretty decent food. Our room was large with a huge bed and the only negative was the condensation on the inside of the windows."

"Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. "Overall it was a lovely property. Quiet, clean, very comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and made us some fridge space. It would have been nice to be instructed a bit more regarding use of outdoor space. There was a key in the door leading to outside, and the door was very difficult to open and would lock on us if closed. Breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but would ask more questions at check in!"

"I would return here every day!"

"The setting is idyllic and the house is immaculate. The only downside was the room we booked did not have en-suite avoid this room if you can. It did have a private bathroom across the corridor and the room was small. Despite all this it still is a beautiful place."

"Karmen our host was very friendly and helpful. We parked right outside the guest house. The room was very clean and well kitted out and the house was charming with great views along the shoreline."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Crossaig Lodge and I cannot thank Susan enough for going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Would thoroughly recommend, but would make sure you’re a confident driver, as the road to the property is a little treacherous. "

"Had a most enjoyable stay at The Old Cottage with wonderful hosts Karen and Darren. Really comfy double bed & great shower. Had the benefit of a gorgeous roaring fire in spacious lounge area at night with lots of DVDs and a library of books about stuff to explore in the local area. Darren and Karen were such lovely people, warm , friendly and gave helpful tips about the locality. Breakfast was fabulous, tasty and varied. "Lovely boutique hotel on the shore of Loch Goil. Comfortable bed, nice bath and shower and AMAZING views from our room. "Truly outstanding for accommodation service and especially the food. Normally I would never consider a B&B as I like the independence of a top class hotel but Stephanie and Adrian quickly made me feel totally at home. A pure delight of a place with superb breakfast and dinner. Also little things like suddenly jasmine tea suddenly being available when I had simply asked if they had any on the previous day. A real sense of making your stay as perfect as possible. "
