"I can not say enough about my stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. I was there for a 4-day convention and the entire team made me feel pampered, cared for, and stress free with every interaction. Starting with their outstanding concierge, Kenya, who helped me coordinate the delivery of my packages, to Jazz who went above and beyond to help me get them where they needed to go, to the bellman who sent complimentary bath salts to my room. WOW! It's been a long time since I've encountered such deep commitment to customer service and engagement! Did I mention the gorgeous rooms? "I love the rooftop terrace; the views are incredible. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They even gave me their own recommendations for nearby restaurants. I also love that they hold luggage for free after checkout. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a great location, beautiful views, and friendly staff. "
