Quiet, very close to Ocean & great amenities
We would stay at this suite again, but it’s good to know that the unit is part of a small complex of motel style units. It’s nice that it’s an end unit and had a view of the ocean from the window and patio but the unit doesn’t quite face the water directly. The area was quiet and the facilities were great. We enjoyed our stay.

I grew up coming to Bates Beach and have rented condos many times before. Prices are a lot higher since private ownership and the prices range wildly. However, this was all that’s available. Full kitchen was great, would have loved to seen a bbq and knives that were sharp and frying pans that weren’t warped and missing their teflon. But over all nice clean unit. Not this unit is not beach facing but pictures lead you to believe it is.

Was very nice, people were friendly and helpful I thought beach front meant facing the sea, but I was wrong, this was a side, back unit situated near the sea.
