The apartment is composed as follows
First floor
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- WC between first floor and second floor

On the second floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), study area and TV
- Bathroom with shower

Second floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), desk area and TV
- Bedroom 3: attic room with single bed (90x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the beach, the town center, the tourist office and the port.
