"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "If you're spending a few days in Cote d'Azur and are looking for an economic option then this property is good. The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). It could be a little cleaner but again at the price point we found our room to be great. However I...
