"I’m not sure if there is valet or not anymore but the unloading and parking at Hareahs was not ideal especially in the wind and cold. Front desk staff was welcoming, checking in was fast and easy. The commons areas were very clean and so was our room. Very impressed the only thing I would say was not great would be the bed. Said it was queen when we booked but it was very much a full and the mattress was hard! Great pillows though. We had the most amazing sunset river view, it was seriously breathtaking! We would definitely stay again! We need to check out the restaurants! "

"Reasonable rates, convenient location for activities in Council Bluffs and Omaha, NE. Our room was clean, swimming pool was open and warm! Nice tv, refrigerator and microwave in room. Outer doors are securely locked for guest protection! Motel offers a continental breakfast!"
