"I have just had a lovely stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean. I noticed a previous review saying that the room was cold. I put the heater on and it was warm in 5 minutes. The staff were amazing especially check in at reception, the bar and the lovely lady at the spa. They were all so helpful and attentive. I had a lovely time at the spa. Room service was nice. It was such a relaxing stay. I will stay again."

"We received a very warm welcome by the duty managers. They were very understanding when we requested a later check in as we were traveling all the way from Inverness. Nothing was a problem at all.
