"The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. "Llegar puede ser un pelín complicado pues es un camino que rodea la montaña y que aunque asfaltado, es estrecho y sin iluminación (viniendo desde Andorra) y sin iluminación así que mirad de venir durante el día. La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. El pan te lo tuestan ellos mismos al fuego así que puede imaginarte que se come bien"

"Horizon 117 is a hotel that does the job if you just need somewhere to stay for the night or two. It isn't luxury but it does the job. The staff are friendly although they speak very little English. The hotel is well equipped with iron/restaurant and pool. "

Exceeded our expectations!

"We truly can’t complain—NH Collection was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance. Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day. NH Collection completely turned our trip around, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay!"
