"This was our second stay. We love that the house is located in town so you can still get around in bad weather. A great location if you are looking to visit Cherry Springs State Park and The PA Grand Canyon. The house has everything you need and is a good fit for a group or a family. Hosts are just lovely and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"Very accurate to listing. Property was perfect for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. Beautiful views even in snowy weather. Lisa is AMAZING!!! We had a small accident and she replied and came to help very quickly!!! Could not have asked for a better weekend! Town of Wellsville is beautiful as well. "

"I rented this location for our summer vacation as part of a Christmas present for my astronomy-loving son. It was only about 20 minutes from Cherry Springs State Park, but on a clear night, you also had a beautiful view of the night sky from the property. The house itself was lovely and clean, and it had almost everything we needed for our stay (we second the suggestion for adding a tea kettle). The only negative, which wasn't a true negative for most of our party, was that it really wan't...

"Place was as advertised, newer, and well equipped. There were quite a few lady beetles and flies throughout, but i think that was because the weather got warm after winter and no one had been there for awhile. Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 4 kids ages 2-6. Board games and the pond were big hits for all ages. Definitely recommend!"

"The owners have done an amazing job restoring this fabulous piece of organic modernism architecture to its fullest. Not only is it authentic, it is tasteful and high-end in every aspect - all the amenities are quality. We felt immersed in luxury yet comfortable and relaxed. The owners’ tour is not to be missed, informative, delicious appetizers and wine, and added a deeper dimension to our stay. Cannot recommend this stay enough if you want to spoil yourself while out in the Pennsylvania Wilds!"
