"I stayed one night for a business trip and it’s a great hotel! It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable and had an array of pillows to choose from (firm to soft). The continental breakfast was outstanding - they had pancakes, omelets, potatoes and turkey sausage and bacon and lots of other choices too! The staff were friendly as well. "

"The hotel is right across from the Grand Ole Opry and the Opry Mills Mall. It’s also 15 minutes from Broadway Street. It’s clean and has a large lobby area. The breakfast is fantastic. The workout room is nice and the pool is good."

"The place is amazing and they have people standing around to help you if you need it which we did which was super helpful. Mexican restaurant food was not good. Room was great but the pillows gave me neck pain. The shower is awesome, the water pressure being great. The bath products smelled so good too. It was a pricey stay but it was my birthday and a special occasion. Wish we could have stayed longer to experience everything. We were there for a Grand Ole Opry concert and shuttle service was available which was great because it was so cold out. "

"The hotel itself was nice and clean. Our window overlooked a dirty over flowing dumpster. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe. There were some cars parked in hotel lot with dark tinted windows and people hanging out in them. With no security and/or front desk it made us feel uneasy."
