"Wonderful stay at this parador, a wonderful experience. Everything we expected"

"Our visit was to break the journey between Valencia and Malaga. Easy to find on edge of N322. Plenty of free parking. Pleasant welcome, given spacious room with large balcony on first floor (113). Two wide comfortable single beds, spacious bathroom with large fluffy towels. Shower over bath and immediate really hot water in shower (no waiting minutes for the hot water to come through). There is a friendly cafe opening at 07.00 until midnight, which doubles as a restaurant in the evening....

"This is not just a hotel; it is a family home that’s been in the family for hundreds of years. It is filled with the families momentos, furniture, pictures and art and provides a wonderful look into the past. The owner is friendly and has many interesting stories. He also provides a lovely breakfast. The room was spacious and beautiful. We would stay here again if we ever have the pleasure of visiting Ubeda in the future. "

"My wife and I recently completed a 9-day trip around the Andalucia region of Spain. I had seen the Parque Natural Cazorla on a travel site itinerary and decided to make the drive up to the park with a one-night stay in Hotel El Curro in the nearby town of Burunchel. We had a lovely experience in the hotel and the staff were very helpful in providing a map of the park, recommendations on which trail to visit, and suggesting dinner items. "The hotel is very good for the price. Small but comfortable rooms, clean bathroom and beds. Good heat. The restaurant was good and inexpensive, the recperionist/waiter was very friendly and informative. The only issue we had was that the room's floor had obviously not been cleaned and in some places was quite dirty as if food had fallen on the floor and it had dried there creating a dirty crust."
