"Swipe card did not work because the receptionist checked us out and not in, got to the room dead tired after a long drive only to have to go back downstairs to fix the issue. Second time this has happened. Ridiculous! Bathroom counter was dirty with something sticky, noisy next door, room next door was trying to open adjoining door, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, worst part was allergies and headache associated with being in a room where someone before us was smoking. Air cleaner did not...
