Situated on over 23,000 m2 of unspoilt countryside, the charming Casa Groc - a true retreat for couples or solo travellers seeking peace and exclusivity.
The finca is self-sufficient with its own electricity and water and is surrounded by
surrounded by idyllic olive, citrus, lavender and oleander groves. Seasona blossoms of agaves, palms and jacarandas turn the extensive gardens into a lively Mediterranean paradise.
Casa Groc, a lovingly restored farmhouse from the 16th century,
impresses with its authentic charm. Terracotta floor tiles lend the
the accommodation a warm and traditional atmosphere. The finca offers a cosy bedroom and a stylish bathroom - ideal for a stay of up to two people. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meal and enjoy them on one of the sunny terraces.
During the summer months, the large pool and quiet outdoor areas invite you to spend relaxing hours under the Mediterranean sun. In the winter months, the heating provides cosy warmth and comfort.

Ideal for a quiet holiday.
Pros: It was ideal base for our kind of holiday, when we are travelling all the days around the island and then we can sleep well in peaceful house/resort. Cons: We understand, that this type of house is ideal for hor summer and that´s very hard to heat up it if the temperature is decreasing to zero.

Pros: Wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden. Mückennetz wäre zu empfehlen wenn man so stickempfindlich ist wie ich. Cons: Früher check out. Wischeimer und Wischer wären schön, da es sich empfiehlt zwischendurch mal die Böden zu wischen
