"I enjoyed staying in the small village. The locals were lovely, friendly and kind. The management of the hotel were excellent - very warm and kind. The local bakeshop, where we had coffee every morning - Shardana - was also excellent. The owners were very hands-on and invited me to dinner to meet some of their friends. You don't get this in large hotels."

"Hi, this was a new B&B, which had just opened when we went. As a result it was a little 'all over the place'. The first night there was banging and things were being dropped until 1am, so sleep was out of the question(it was quite the rest of the days). There was no cleaner, so although the room was clean when we got there, after 5 days of no cleaning it was disgusting - sand everywhere and the bin had overflown several days ago. "The location is beautiful and the property in itself is nice especially the rooms area. For a 4 star property it lacked basics. As seen in brochure and all photos of the property they give prominence to the pool, but visiting the place in the last week of June and they tell you the pool is not in use, does not look nice at all. Fantastic time by the pool
"Classic room was reasonable size and bed comfortable. Had to change from first room due to treatment odour that was extremely strong. Bathrooms are very good but you will likely spend most time by the pool, which is the best feature of the site. Staff are friendly and breakfast good, with nice setting. Stayed one night and spent most of the time outdoors."

"We stayed at the Meridiana for a few days to explore the area around Arbus. The hotel is very nice, situated near the town center. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and also has a restaurant with Pizzeria. We ate there every night as the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The restaurant offers regional food,sea food and great pizza, made right inside the seating area. The sites around Arbus are quiet, even during high season (maybe that was also because it was very hot outside) The nearby beaches are spectacular. Then there is the pool which is nicely done and which offers plenty of shaded places to relax with a view of the city and the nearby gardens. Just nice."
