"The villa is on the edge of La Manga Club, however it is in easy walking distance to most restaurants, tennis etc. The villa shows its age with some tired features, however for our family it was ideal. Francisco was always contactable and very helpful. La Manga is probably still recovering from Covid and central features like Oasis and minigolf are closed, however I am sure they will bring it all back with time. "The rental process was fairly straightforward the paperwork a bit long winded but overall Ok. the price was good but you got what you paid for. The property needs a little time and money spent on it the furnishings weren't good. the odd bolt needed tightening and the odd screw needed doing up. The cutlery and crockery needed upgrading.
