"This is a lovely little villa in a quiet plaza with very nice gardens, next to the restaurant Los Conteros. Its within easy walking distance of Villaricous and the market square. It has a well equipped kitchen and when we stayed it was also well stocked with herbs and spices bought from the local market. "It's a great house, we stayed here for more than two months and we felt so at home. When we arrived, there was new air conditioning installed in every room the day before, so the house is suitable for over winter stays, it has everything for that. Overall, we lived it."

"Richard's house was absolutely wonderful. The pictures can not really capture how great it is.The location is so peaceful and private and surrounded by so much beautiful nature. We only saw 1 other person on the beach during the whole week. We loved the traditional design of the house and all of the character that it has. It is really a special place and we would love to come back some day. Aside from that Richard was a wonderful host and the house was very clean. Thank you!!"

"Beautiful location with sea views and access to the beach. Very comfortable house , well equiped kitchen and a variety of outside seatimg , with BBQ. Probably due to the time of year ( mid Jan - mid Feb), wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We appreciated the outside space which has been nicely planted to provide a green garden area to relax in."

"We had a 7.5hr drive to the property but Luis called us about 1.5hrs before we arrived to check what time we would be there so the property manager could be there to meet us. We went to the supermarket to collect essentials before we went to the house but we really did not need to! There was so much in the property that had been left by others tenants or provided by the owner and with the supermarket only 8 mins walk away, we should have waited! "We had the pleasure of staying for 9 weeks in this great apartment and having the benefit of your own private garden with the pool just outside the the gate. The owner was always very accommodating. The location where it was situated was a short distance to the beach were we walked our dogs regularly. The pubs/restaurants were fairly local and the staff were always friendly. There are many local markets open 7 days a week in various locations so we never got bored of shopping or eating out. We...

The farmhouse was comfortable and we loved the traditional features and fittings which had been done with care. My daughter enjoyed the pool.
