"The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We arrived about 2 hours early and were checked straight in as the room was available. Staff very helpful and amenable, they put my ice pack in their freezer. Room quite basic but clean and comfortable and great value. We found the hotel to be quiet but it was not full. Ferry to Cadiz is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and the town itself was well worth the visit....

"It was close to the train station and as we used it as a base for the Jerez Moto GP it was fine. It’s very basic but clean and we weren’t there except to sleep so it suited our purpose. "

"The apartment is just perfect for a family holiday. Everything was very easy."

"Check in was easy with great communication. The grounds and facilities with padel & tennis courts were fully functioning and pool was crystal clear and fresh. The apartment has a great kitchen and utility. The only slight let down was the patio furniture was tired, the main bed was a queen double only & that the AC seemed to pump hot air (although we didn't persist to try to get this working). "This was such a wonderful hotel, it's in the city center, everything walkable and convinient. You could see the cathedral from the top terrace. It is true that the rooms are small, but we were accomodated in a double room with connected doors. Everything is good at this facilitt, the moment you walk in they have french champagne to get tou statted. The restaurant is a good choice and affordable for breakfast and dinner. The street view is amazing and the walls and windows are well insulated that you barely hear anything happening outside of your room. It was well decorated, very clean and even the soaps in the bathroom are good. The only thing I would recommend is to have the towels washed with a little of softener because they are hard and rough to the skin. Everything else is top notched and the staff amazing. Totally recommend"
