Our dogs had to be lifted into the car every time we went anywhere, because they never wanted to leave. Monique is delightful, warm and helpful, and she made us feel very welcome - we even met her equally warm and friendly parents."

"Great Place to stay for relaxing and doing activities like hiking in the mountains, biking beside going to the beach down at the Lago! Also the district of Verbania is lovley, because living between the locals is very nice, not just having typical tourism!!! T"

"Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. I asked not to be disturbed the entire time i was there but i had housekeeping service while i was out. 😡 You could only watch few tv channels, the rest of the channels due to maybe loose or...
