"Quartos novos, cama nova. Nao tinha roupa de cama e toalhas, a cozinha com microondas e geladeira. A pia pra lavar louças, não tinha detergente e bucha. Faltou mais opções de talheres. tinha apenas 4 copos americanos e não estavam limpos. Café da manhã no hotel com preço justo, é gostoso. Funcionários da recepção muito prestativos, mas os funcionários do restaurante muito mal humorados. "

"Checkin rápido e simplificado, equipe do hotel bastante solícitos e gentis. Cadê da manhã tem de tudo e o parque aquático dispensa comentários. Emfim acima do esperado, Quarto e banheiro extremamente limpo e higienizados, enxoval novo e com um toque de perfume agradável, limpeza diária do quarto e troca do lençol e toalhas. "Estava tudo muito bom. Apenas uma observação a fazer: A. TV tem apenas um canal, a TV Serra Dourada (SBT GOIAS) e pra quem tem criança passa apertado, já que nada possui um canal pra entreter a meninada...os planos de tv por assinatura hoje sao tão acessíveis. Fora isso, tudo muito bom!!! "

"We had a mix up at check in, where i stated jt was only myself on the confirmation, however my wife was not on it, and they would not let her in. After a long time of rude employees they stated they would allow her in if i paid more, so i did. Then i was told she doesbt get breakfast the next day and the day after. Will never go again or allow family to go there"

"This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff."

"Location was good as it was walking distance to Feira da Luar and restaurants. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Sheets and towels not very clean. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Though they had parking, depending on which lot they put you in, it was difficult to get in and out."
