Poor comfort of the rooms, no blankets, mattresses are hard, couch hard to seat down, tv is the size of a computer, drain of one another bathroom smelling really bad!

The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND

Quarto grande com moveis novos porém o mais importante estava muito aquém do mínimo necessário: tolhas de banho encardidas e com manchas, lenço da cama sujo e o lençol de cobrir rasgado. Papel higiênico debaixo da pia com algum vazamento - completamente encharcado. Dispenser de sabonete pra banho dentro do box vazio. Lixo nas escadas. Banheiro do salão do café da manhã com poças gigantes de água impedindo o uso. Café da manhã justo. Bastante barulho vindo da animação da piscina durante o dia. Grande decepção que o essencial (toalha e lencol) não tinham condições decente de uso. Ar condicionado em todos os ambientes do quarto - ponto positivo.

Apartamento com um bom tamanho, porém muito mal cuidado. Paredes sujas e limpeza mal feita. As roupas de cama (lençóis e fronhas) estavam sujas e manchadas. Enfim, não gostei.

É uma colônia de férias, nunca um Hotel ou Resort.
Instalações são boas e novas mas quartos são razoáveis. Nos apartamentos não há muitos móveis, apenas o básico dos básicos. Manutenabilidade de Ar condicionados péssimas pois havia muito barulho do equipamento quebrados de fora dentro dos quartos. Café da manhã e almoço com pouquíssimas opções, demoravam para repor e hóspedes muito mal educados: não respeitando as filas, fazendo barulhos e gritarias. Muito semelhante a colônia de férias para adolescentes, mas, sem o bandejão. Vendedores na porta da saída do refeitório com abordagens impróprias e grosseiras para oferecer 'voucher/presente' mas querem te vender uma 'cota' de apartamento por um preço absurdo... E tem comportamento extremamente inconvenientes. Colaboradores do hotel claramente desmotivados no lidar com os clientes. Não volto pra lá nem recomendo.
