"This is the second time staying at the Coach House and will stay here again when i am next in the area. The team are they have are wonderful. They make staying away feel like you are part of the family. They bent over backwards to make me feel welcome and as someone who works away every week and stays at different hotels this was wonderful. From check in to check out the team were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant had a wonderful selection of specials and main menu the only trouble i had was trying to pick what to eat. Breakfast was great. When they found out i needed to miss breakfast to attend an event early they made me up a bag to go. Breakfast on the second morning was something special with eggs bendict. Thank you to the team. I will be back."

"We only stayed one night, but in that short time we were very impressed with the hotel room & food we had room at the front of the hotel it was a nice large room with a shower room with toilet and a large double bed. We had dinner and breakfast & both were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"I always like staying at the Hatfield. Its been 15 years ive been staying and i just think its a lovely cheerful place to stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. Well done to all keeping the Hatfield charming and warm."

"Overall we were very happy with our stay at the Old Hall, it was warm clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely the food was great value for money. Breakfast was lovely, especially the avo on toast. the staff were welcoming and friendly through out the facilities. "

"Have to say staff are so friendly and helpful, No doubt about this great location, It does require an update rooms spacious. Shame no breakfast or bar anymore like used to be but i class this as reasonably priced and you get adequate for the money you pay. Will definitely stay again."
