"The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed."

"This villa is perfect for old and young alike. We felt comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived. The house is spacious with everything you need. The pool, the views, the beautiful plants and the amazing sunsets were stunning. Even without a car we managed to get out and about. 5 days weren't enough, we didn't want to leave."

"First visit to Algarve, and this property absolutely made our stay simply brilliant, hosts Barry and Tina incredibly hospitable. The home has everything, I mean everything you require and then some. Kitchen is a chef's dream and the modern grocery store 3 KM's away has all you need. Lunches at Algarve restaurants are legendary, Tavira has a great spot - Mares - and the value for money off the charts. Place is as quiet as the night, bedding excellent and Roku TV's have excellent movie apps loaded...

"Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. "We had a fantastic time at the property, the location was perfect for us, 20mins to the motorway and Faro but so quite. Access track to the house really wasn't a problem,we had a VW Polo and managed no problem at all, the house was in great decorative order and had everything that we needed, the pool was crystal clear and warm.Thank you Nicolas for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home."

"We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks in August 2024. The villa was perfect for 2 families, plenty of space for everyone individually but also to all be together. The pool was a good size for the group (5 adults and 5 kids) and all the things we needed, plus extras, were there for us to use. "We had a lovely weeks stay at the villa. We were 3 families with teenagers. The villa had everything we needed to ensure all 6 teenage boys were occupied. Large pool -great for water polo and a games /cinema room. The villa has views to the coast from various rooms, veranda and balcony area.
