"I was impressed with the property initially, it was well equipped but lacked a milk jug and teapot. Also the internet was often unavailable.One of the biggest problem were the beds, far too low and the pillows were poorly filled and therefore uncomfortable.I had to go out and buy two new ones. The showers were extremely difficult to control and one was in great danger of being scalded. The shower cubicle downstairs was too small to turn around in as a result your body would inadvertently either...

"Everything in Tavira was not more than a 15 minute walk. Property was as advertised and Emma and Anna the agents were wonderful. Only negative was the noise as late night partiers were leaving the nearby pub and bars. The view of the river and Roman bridge sitting on the patio made up for that. "We have just stayed at the villa for 10 days. Booking and communication was quick and straight forward. The villa and contents are better than described. Very clean and spacious. The outside areas and garden were one of the largest areas we have had when hiring a villa. Plenty of seating areas and options when spending time outside.
