"Overall the villa was great. Location was perfect, layout was really nice, we didnt feel cramped for space. Pool area was amazing. Area was very quiet and safe. Plenty of secure parking. The location was centered within a large amount or entertainment areas, shopping. Food etc Beds however are very hard, this might just be a European thing, but were uncomfortablefor pur entire party. Master bedroom shower is a bit odd with no surround/curtain. Its just a shower head to the sode of a jacuzzi...

"First impression of villa Chico was very impressive,weather was nice,but very windy.Villa was well presented in all rooms.Next morning sun was hot,but still very windy.Noticed when dining outside there was lots of flys.Weather got very hot next day,Pool was brilliant for both kids and adults.Shopping is very handy,lots of large shops close by,two minutes on uber.Albufera is ten minutes away by uber,only 4 euros.we went lots of place during our two week stay,theres waterparks,zoomarina,Gokarts,...

"Lovely property, pool was wonderful in the hot temps!! The house was very well kitted out for a short stay. Beware the ants and mosquitos though (this is not the owners fault, they have lots of ant traps) but literally any crumb left on the counter had swarms of ants in seconds and we were all bitten to shreds by mosquitoes so take lots of insect repellent!!! Lidia was excellent and extremely helpful. "

"Villa Barreto is the perfect place for total relaxation. You can only hear the "sound of silence" The villa is spacious and the garden is awesome with a heated pool. All very well maintained, thanks to gardener Antonio and limpeza Vera. We were a group of 8 and decided to book the villa again. "

"The prroperty was beautiful and massive and the garden and pool were perfect. However the beds were so so uncomfortable and one was so old it had rusted through and completely collapsed. There was no cleaning equipment at all no way of keeping it clean except by buying everything - which we did. We had to leave it all there. There wasn't even salt or pepper or sugar or anything at all! We had to spend a fortune on essentials and then leave them there. When it came to leaving the host got angry...

"Although the payment process was choppy and not well organized, the property was perfect. The property is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. My children and grandchildren came for a family BBQ and we had enough dishes and utensils to serve everyone. The swimming pool is large and very well filtered. Once you pass the original paperwork step, the experience is one of pure delight."
