"A washer was broken. We arrived after 7:30 almost didn’t get in. When I booked it said 8. The office was closed but someone was in and gave us the key. Not very instructions as to what to do or how to find the place. After a little bit we figured out how to get in and where to go. Pool & laundry close early and don’t open until later. So we were unable to enjoy or use. "

"We stayed here September 2018 for 9 nights. This is a typical traditional Portuguese house which is split into two, the bottom half is lived in by the owners and the top half is rented out to holiday makers. The rented part has 3 bedrooms 2 double rooms and 2 single beds. There is a kitchen/utility room where you can cook meals we did not use this facility as we like to go out in the evening but there were pans,plates, a fully working kitchen. "Our impression of this stay was good. We were booked in for 4 days.Our only concern was that there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the apartment. When I contacted the host, I was told that they only provided supplies for the first few days. This was very disappointing! If we booked for 4 days, we should have had enough tp for 4 days! A person cannot buy one roll at the store! This situation put a very bad feeling on our stay. Please, for guests in the future, be more considerate."

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment and grounds were very clean and well kept. Andrew greeted us on our arrival and was on hand throughout our stay for any help. The apartments are close to supermarkets and the old town for all the bars and restaurants (4-5€ in Uber). I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing break away."

"We stayed for 6 weeks and the apartment was perfect. The bedroom and living area balconies had great views and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is on a small hill and you can see the ocean as well as a green space. The grocery store is an 8 min walk and the beach less than 15 min. Armacao de Pera is a quiet town with a lots of restaurants and a stunning long beach. Our communication with César was fantastic. He was very attentive and responded to any emails very quickly.
