"Very nice hotel in convenient location in Desenzano. Very comfortable, modern rooms. Nice bar/restaurant looking out across the lake. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, including good restaurant right in front, overlooking the water, which supports those with additional learning needs. Had a great meal there. "Great hotel generally, and this was our second stay. Service was generally good and the staff work hard. The only exception was when we ate at the hotel in the evening. Limited options for families/children and waiting staff stuck us in the opposite corner of the restaurant and made clear their displeasure at our attendance close to closing time. "

"The hotel is so conveniently located that we as many others, were able to walk from the airoport to the hotel in a short time. The receptionist was friendly and professional and gave us very good recommendations. We had a nice dinner at their cute restaurant and booked a shuttle for the next day very early flight. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant design, and very clean. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed and windows to a nice courtyard. The bathroom was also very nice....

"Great stay at Acquaviva. We got a nice room with lake view and Balcony. Staff was courteous and nice. Breakfast had a lot of options. Hotel is a 45 mins walk to downtown Desenzano (lake front walk with a great view) and 1:30 walk to Sirmione. We absolutely adored the tratoria del pescatore that is a few blocks away. Spa was great too, the only down thing is that there is no spa tub like advised and they force you to wear a swim cap"

"This property was perfect for our family! We loved how it was an easy walking distance to all the sights and delicious food in Cremona. Erica was a wonderful host, and the decor was lovely. Needed amenities like the AC, washer, and kitchen appliances were all in excellent working order. Would highly recommend!"

A luxurious way to stay

"It was fabulous all around. It felt like a nice clean and luxurious home away from home. I think we have the most basic room and yet we had more than everything we needed. A lovely living room area, plenty of delicious coffee, tea, water, even complimentary biscuits and snacks. There was a fridge and nice robes and slippers. The only thing that was less than ideal was the shower because my husband is taller than most Italian showers but didn’t take away from an amazing stay and feeling while we were there. "

"Solo Traveler going to Europe to watch my daughter play in the music festival in cremona. The hotel was within 15 to 17 minute walk within the Old Town area felt very safe. The reception staff is very kind and helpful and will call you a taxi if needed. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious."
