We checked in in the evening on 2/19 and Sariah at the front desk was a literal angel. As well as the 2 guys working Valet. It was Jeff and one other person. The hotel security guard who was from Dallas was also so great. This is the 3rd Pali Property I’ve stayed at and I will always continue with this company because of the service and standard they consistently meet. 12/10 every time "
