Experience the amazing amenities of this one bedroom Cinnamon Shore Condo. This ground-floor unit has gorgeous decor, furnishings, and bedding to make your stay its best.

AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Part of the planned Cinnamon Shore community, the condo offers guests access to the three resort style pools, two fishing lakes, two beach boardwalks, and multiple dining options on property including Lisabella's fine dining restaurant right across the lane!

Other amenities include beach chair, umbrella, and golf cart rentals and family-friendly activities. You're just a 20-minute drive from Schlitterbahn Water Park, and a 5-minute drive from downtown Port A for more shopping, dining, and fun attractions.

ABOUT THE CONDO
Relax after a day at the beach in the inviting living room with tasteful beach decor, 50" flat screen TV, and sectional sleeper sofa.

Put together a picnic lunch for the beach or a cook hearty dinner in the dazzling, fully-equipped kitchen boasting white granite counters, generous cabinet space, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table.

The condo can accommodate four people between the bedroom and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Relaxing and restful, the primary bedroom's blues and whites soothe you into a restful slumber in the king bed. Large windows provide lots of natural light and a walk-in closet has ample storage space. This room also comes with a 50" flat screen TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.

Amenities include an in-home washer/dryer and one dedicated parking space in the shared lot, and a dainty patio for those cool evenings. A Town Center grill for barbecuing and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand.

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

The Hideout is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Hideout the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Loved the area of Port Aransas
We enjoyed the unit and it’s location to Port Aransas. It would of been nice to be able to get fresh air into the unit. We are use to windows that open. The cookware and dishes in the kitchen were great and plentiful. Nothing was missing. Patio was just a bit tight. Cinnamon Shores is a great community and even with some construction it was quite quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

There were dead bugs under the coffee table in the living room and the shade on the MBR lamp was loose. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Couldn’t get the door combo to work. We love Cinnamon Shires and will definitely return but not to this condo.

It did not retract completely a few times. We thought it was our code to open the door. The front desk did look at it right away. When they saw it was the dead bolt, not our code. They told us that the HOA was responsible for the locking mechanism. They only other suggestion is the there should be a light in the closet. And the closet door opens into the shelves in the closet. You have to close the closet door to get to items (cloths) on the shelves. You in the dark. We had a portable light. The rooms were very clean and has everything we needed.

The condo itself was clean, looked renovated, and was super close to the community amenities like the coffee shop, pizza place, and ice cream truck. There are two pools onsite, and the one with the playscape and fitness center was very close. The other pool, which we called the “party pool”, was only a little further. Lots of people rent golf carts but it was just a short walk to the beach. Only small downside to this place is that there are extra charges for the beach chairs/umbrellas which seems odd since the condos are fairly expensive to start with.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in great shape and is well decorated, but it's sorely lacking in views. The windows in the main living space are mostly blocked by bushes that don't quite hide the fenced-in trash can area that's just outside. The tiny patio off of the bedroom is pretty unpleasant, with nothing but the parking lot to look at. Next time, we'll spend a bit more to get a condo with better views.

The decor wasn't too "beachy", it's very clean, comfortable and spacious, and a bright, cheery feel. The condo is perfectly located between the beach and the amenities Cinnamon Shore offers. I love that it's 1st floor which makes all the difference when unloading and loading the car. Our hosts gave us all the information we needed to help make our stay as smooth as possible. Next time we need a 1-bedroom in Port A, this will be our home away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a very pleasant experience, a few things that were alarming to me. One the coffee shop is terrible, that was not good coffee and can be fixed rather easily. Before our coming I received numerous emails on what to bring what to do, for example reserving beach chairs and umbrella very very good. However there are only three restaurants on the property, the main restaurant is LisaBella’s which we enjoyed very much ( was fortunate we got a seat at the bar )however they are booked out 2 to 3 weeks which would’ve been nice to been informed about. When I think of cinnamon shores I think of a one stop show meaning you park the car and everything is at your at your fingertips, this was not The case. The other annoying thing was you can hear the people in the room above you ( we were on the 1st floor ). As I said we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and plan on coming back however these are some shortcomings of our stay there.
