Chief's Penthouse & Patio is a three bedroom, two bath beach front penthouse condominium and a unique and sought after vacation rental at The Mayan Princess. The spacious single level floor plan (1709 sq/ft) features upgraded finishing touches, such as, new stainless steel appliance package, full sized washer and dryer, upgraded kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and new flooring throughout the property. Another unique feature to Chief's Penthouse & Patio is the large private patio deck to enjoy our beautiful Gulf Coast sunrises, sunsets, and ocean views.
