"Firstly, this is not where it’s indicated on the map. This ‘hotel’ is 25km away from Porto Seguro; an hour on the bus in Calabria. On arrival it looked derelict; it’s shabby, run down and dirty outside. The pool was too dirty for me to use although someone did get in on the 2nd day. The room; well it was clean. We had to ask for towels; the 1st one barely went round me (I’m not fat) and they were threadbare. Had to ask for clean ones after 2nd day. Mattress, a price of foam. So thin and...
