Villa Figareto is a luxurious vacation villa with private pool, located only 5 minutes away from the famous Mon Repos Palace, where the Archaeological Museum of Palaeopolis in Corfu is. It is also close to the most famous landmarks of Corfu; the Mouse Island, the Vlacherna Monastery and most importantly it is very close to the historical Old Corfu Town.

The space

The Villa combines luxury with intimacy, offering privacy and comfort at the same time. Villa Figareto was initially built as the owner's main residence, therefore every detail of the house is personally taken care of and designed to meet the expectations of a family. Due to its privacy it is also ideal for couples or groups of friends who would like to have relaxing, worry-free vacations.

VILLA LAYOUT
GROUND FLOOR
An elegantly decorated living and dining room on the ground floor leads out to the spacious veranda with a beautiful view of the garden area. A fully equipped kitchen leads to a balcony with the view of the front area of the house. In the garden area, a 60M2 swimming pool is located as well as a stone barbeque.
FIRST FLOOR
Wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which offers a spacious double Master bedroom (king size bed), with private veranda, en-suite bath and shower room for complete relaxation. An adjacent children’s bedroom includes a semi-double bed, en suite bathroom and a balcony.
ATTIC
The upper level (also accessible by wooden inside staircase) with windows on the rooftop (skylights) offers a bright room with two single beds and one large desk. In the same place is located a capacious bath and shower room.
OUTDOORS
Dip into the private swimming pool before or after taking a hot shower at the external shower. To ensure absolute pampering and relaxation, comfortable sunbeds and a hammock are right next to pool, where you can lay down and enjoy the sun.
BASEMENT
The lower level of the house is a separate flat, used by the owner.

Guest access

The whole house as well as the veranda and the garden with the swimming pool apart from the basement flat is exclusively used by the guests.

Interaction with guests

The owner of the house lives in a separate flat in the basement and will be available to provide information and make suggestions for interesting places.
