La Casa Del Postino (The Postman's House) is a seductive, recently renovated apartment with a beautiful front balcony and air conditioning. The house is in an advantageous position, a few steps away from the centre of Kassiopi, the local facilities and the beach of Kalamionas.
It is laid out in three levels and is spacious for a family or party of seven people, in four bedrooms with three bathrooms.

Layout

The street gate leads to the front balcony, the end side of the house, and the main entrance, which opens onto a nicely furnished living room with a spiral wooden staircase.
There is an arch to the left of the living room, which leads to the fully equipped kitchen and further up to a small hall with an external door that opens to the large front balcony on the side of the village's inner street. Bedrooms are located on both sides of this area with a twin and a double bedroom, sharing shower/WC room.
Going down the lounge's spiral staircase, we land on the basement, which features a single bedroom with a shower / WC room.
On the opposite, we reach the upper level, where nestles the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, totally remote from the rest of the house.

The Location

La Casa Del Postino is in a privileged location, centrally in the village of Kassiopi, just one step away from public swimming pools, the beach of Kalamionas, or the idyllic harbour with the dense boat trips, the boats for rent and the countless tavernas. The use of a car is unessential, as all the facilities are on your doorstep, which turns your simple stay in this charming house into an unforgettable and dreamy holiday.

We can be flexible with check-in and checkout time on request. The cleaner may be on the property even after the official check-in time. The cleaner will stay until the cleaning of the property is complete.
