These self-catering apartments are on the edge of Sidari surrounded by peaceful green fields and hills. It is truly the best of both worlds; a tranquil setting with a private swimming pool, just a walk away from Sidari and its beaches. Roula Krokidis is waiting to welcome you and help make your Corfu holiday an unforgettable experience. All four apartments are decorated and furnished to a high standard. No expense has been spared and you will find everything from a dishwasher and a washing machine to a corkscrew and a doormat.

The apartments are surrounded by lawned gardens, plants and palm trees, with a 230 square meter swimming pool at its center. The whole garden is walled, ensuring quiet and absolute privacy. It is also a safe environment for your children and there is a part of the pool just for kids. There is ample off-road parking. As all the apartments have individual air-conditioning in every room they remain open all year, offering you the chance to experience Corfu outside the tourist season. Lovely break
Lovely property, very clean, good linen & towels which were changed half way through week. Really nice pool only criticism would be the grass Really needed cutting. Roula our host was a lovely lady nothing was to much trouble very hard working and more than happy to stop and chat with you. Plenty of room

Beautiful apartment
Communication with the owner was always prompt before arrival and then whilst at the apartment Roula was always on hand for any queries we had. The apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean and very modern. The pool was a really good size and also kept amazingly clean. The location was good for us as a family as we were on the outskirts of Sidari but was able to walk along the road (though no pavements) to two tavernas for dinner in the evenings. A great base to explore the North of Corfu.

Just perfect
Immaculate apartment and property with the air of a very nice hotel. Perfect host Roula has thought of everything to make a stay relaxing and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated, the pool and gardens a delight. In fact it is very hard to fault anything. We used Dimitris as a base to explore the north and nort west coast of Corfu and would recommend a car. Lively Sidari is a half hour walk and taxis are about six euros. We loved visiting Arilas, St George Bay, the fantastic Cape Drastis and having lunch in the harbour at Kassiopi. The roads could do with repairs! Thanks to Roula for a wonderful holiday. Julie J

Delightful, quiet, clean, pretty and spaciousness apartment with amazing pool
We are a family of 4 (children ages 11 and 9). We stayed in Dimitris Apartments in early July and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The apartments are spacious, well equipped a s spotless. Roula is a super host who will welcome you and tell you all you need or want to know. The gardens are very pretty and well tended with some interesting plants and flowers. The highlight for us was the pool - large and warm with nice sun loungers. The large enclosed wall makes the apartments feel very private and safe. You can walk to Sidari and there is a choice of supermarkets within 5 minutes. We can't recommend enough. Many thanks Roula!!

Jederzeit wieder!
Dimitri's Appartment hat voll und ganz den Erwartungen entsprochen, die die atmosphärisch schönen Bilder in uns geweckt haben. Wir konnten uns gut entspannen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir genossen den Pool, konnten täglich (mehrmals) unsere Bahnen ziehen und uns treiben lassen, die Sonne im liebevoll gepflegten Garten genießen. Auch die Wohnung ist großzügig gestaltet und sehr gut gepflegt. Das i-Tüpfelchen war die herzliche Aufnahme und unaufdringliche Begleitung von der Hausherrin Roula. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Lovely vacation on Korfu
Nice and clean apartment. Super nice and service minded owner and personnel. Pool was clean and nice as well. Only thing was 2 of the air conditioning units that only cooled slightly. All else was super nice. The Sindari area in itself is highly used by british tourists, making it a kind of Little Britain, but the island is not big, so it is easy to get to see the whole island.

Superbe
Magnifique appartement, décoré avec soin, très vaste, et très propre. Le jardin avec ses multiples fleurs et plantes, et l'énorme piscine, sont appréciables à tout moment de la journée. Idéalement situé, le village et restaurants sont à quelques minutes! Notre hotesse Roula, est adorable, toujours à l'écoute.!! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Frühling auf Korfu
Sehr saubere, großzügige und gepflegte Anlage. Alles entspricht den Fotos bzw. der Beschreibung. Wegen der Lage ist ein Mietwagen erforderlich. Roula (Vermieterin) ist super nett und bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ruim en heel schoon appartement met mooi zwembad
Heerlijk vakantieverblijf. Ruim appartement en heel schoon. In het totaal 4 appartementen dus kleinschalig. Zwembad is groot en super. Ligt wel wat afgelegen van het dorp dus eigen vervoer is echt nodig.

Schönes Anwesen und toller Service
Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Aber das Besondere an dieser Location ist der Service, wir haben noch nie eine so saubere Ferienwohnung gesehen. Roula ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert! :-)

Très joli appartement tout près de Sidari
il n'y a que 4 appartements pour une énorme piscine c'est extraordinaire . L'appartement est très propre, le jardin très joli, la propriétaire très sympathique. Un tout petit bémol : la route un peu bruyante le matin . Corfou est une île magnifique !

Stilvolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Sehr hübsches Haus in ca. 2 km Entfernung vom geschäftigen Zentrum Sidaris. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Schöner großer Balkon mit Blick auf Pool und Palmen. Durch ein Tor gesicherter Parkplatz vorhanden. Alles sehr ruhig, die Straße fällt kaum auf. Supermärkte fußläufig in ca. 800 m Entfernung. Sind zum Abendessen zu Fuß nach Sidari gewandert. Wenn man nicht die Hauptstrße nimmt, eng und Verkehr, sondern die Straße, welche hinterhalb des Hauses entlanggeht, kommt man entspannt nach Sidari. Dieser Ort ist überwiegend von Engländern bevölkert. Die Bars und Restaurants sind dementsprechend ausgerichtet. Es gibt jedoch ausreichende Alternativen. Besonders empfehlen wir das Restaurant Orchard. Ausgesprochen kompetent und sehr herzlich war die Betreuung durch Roula. Der Abfall wurde täglich entsorgt und einmal pro Woche wurde geputzt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Nach unseren Ausflügen freuten wir uns auf den großen und sauberen Pool.

Super location proche Sidari Corfu
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette location. Appartement idéalement aménagé et équipé avec balcon et vue sur les collines. La propriété est magnifique très bien entretenue. Jardin avec fleurs cactus palmier... et la piscine est topissime ! Belle grande avec un espace aménagé pour les enfants. Au calme et proche egalement des commerces de Sidari 1km. Et idéalement située pour visiter la plus belle région de l île (plages superbes, petits villages...)

Agradable y tranquilo
El apartamento estaba nuevo, limpio y tenía todos los servicios previstos: wi-fi, televisión, lavadora. La piscina muy grande y agradable. Buena ubicación para conocer el norte de la isla y a poca distancia en coche de Sidari, supermercados, etc. La propietaria es muy amable y está disponible para todo lo que necesitas.
