Surrounded by old olive trees and beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, it can relax here great. Enjoy the gentle sound of the sea that you can hear and see from the bed.

LOCATION: To the beach about 150 m., To reach over a footpath through the olive groves.
To the center of the village about 200 m.
Supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, bars and shops are within walking distance. A rental vehicle is therefore not essential. Parking is available

Great stay at Haus Maria
Property was just as described, perfect for our stay and really clean too. Pool area was wonderful, never busy. Supermarket just down the road for essentials. The views are to die for, but the hill was a bit much for a couple of our party which is the only reason I took a star off on location. Personally I loved it though!

Lovely spot
This is a standard apartment with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We did have to learn how to use the induction stove top, but that was not that important. The location is ideal and the view of the sea is fantastic. We loved the wonderful pool also. The only real downside was that the wifi is very poor.

Great location with excellent sea views, the beach and choice of tavernas in walking distance. Note slight hill back up to apartment. Basic apartment but cleaned every 2 days. Amazing pool.

Beautiful quiet villa
This villa is beautifully kept, ideal for a quiet and relaxing get away with the best views. Would suggest hiring a car and it sits at the top of a very steep hill but still great location for the beach and main resort 10/15 mins walk. Rooms are cleaned regularly.

Sehr angenehmer Empfang, tolle Terrasse und zwei Schlafzimmer zum Meer. Die Kitchenette ist sehr einfach. Das Bad könnte mal modernisiert werden. Auch Handtuchhalter fehlten bzw waren kaputt. Sehr naher Supermarkt und toller Fußweg direkt zum Strand.

Appartamento molto spazioso e la vista mare uno spettacolo. Il mare dista circa 250 metri ma noi usavamo l auto perché strada molto ripida. La piscina una favola e ben tenuta.

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang und von der Wohnung hat man eine schöne Sicht auf die Bucht. Positiv ist, dass alle 2 Tage die Wohnung geputzt wurde und es frische Handtücher gab. Auch der Pool war angenehm. Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Für kleine Gericht reicht sie jedoch.

Wonderful appartment with heated pool and great view
Appt., building and swimming pool were in great state and perfectly clean. We really liked relaxing at the pool and watching the sunset from the balcony. Absolut recommendation, will try to come back!

Apartment mit schöner Aussicht
Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Dorf, wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht( Restaurants, Bars, kleine Supermärkte, Strand...). Es lohnt sich sehr auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken, wegen der schönen Aussicht. Der Weg zum Strand war doch etwas länger und steiler als erwartet. Der Vermieter war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Das Bad war nicht ganz so schön, kleine Dusche, weshalb alles bisschen nass wird. Der Pool ist auch groß und man kann gut darin schwimmen. Preis Leistung waren wir völlig zufrieden, könnte nur insgesamt alles etwas sauberer sein.

Logement sale, mal entretenu. Manque de vaisselle: même pas un bol pour déjeuner! Pas eu d'eau chaude du vendredi au dimanche sans aucun mot du propriétaire!!! Pas une seule nuit correcte du aux moustiques!!!!!!!! Séjour horrible Seul point positif: le balcon avec la vue!

Die Lage mit dem tollen Meerblick ist herrlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Über einen teilweise sehr steilen Pfad kommt man in ca. 5 Minuten an den Strand.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Objekt mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind gut. Alles sehr sauber. Pool ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Uns hat besonders die Lage der Ferienwohnung gefallen. Sowohl in der Vorbereitungs-als auch Aufenthaltsphase erhielten wir Unterstützung durch den Vermietet. Wir nutzten den Aufenthaltsort zur Inselerkundung,Wanderungen und Schnorcheln.Selbstversorgung durch Supermärkte in Kerkyla.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter.Nur Tv ist kaum nutzbar.WLAN ok
