Caramela beach house

Caramela Beach House is a charming private beachfront house on two levels, with direct access to the beach, perfect for a romantic getaway, ideally for a couple or a small family. It is situated right in the middle of Agios Georgios Pagon beach, the longest beach of the island of Corfu. Attached to the house there is a 700m2 private garden. All the commodities like supermarket, taverns, car renting and more are within walking distance. In the vicinity there is the bus station to Corfu town.

The space
Right in the middle of the longest beach of Corfu Island, you can find Caramela Beach House, a beachfront house with all the modern amenities to make your stay at Corfu unforgettable. The crystal clear water is literally at your feet. The house is built on two levels: the upper floor consists of a spacious and bright bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The bedroom has a private terrace and endless view to the beach of Agios Georgios Pagon.
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a WC, a dishwasher, the dining area as well as a sofa bed.
Shaded pergolas make the ideal place to relax on hot days.
Caramela Beach House offers you everything you need for a comfortable, quiet and unforgettable stay on the beautiful and green island of Corfu. A taste of Greece you will really appreciate.

All parts of the house are accessible to our guests.

Interaction with guests
The owners, Angeliki and Lakis, live in the village of Skripero. They will welcome the guests upon their arrival and they will make them feel at home. For bookings longer than a week, the service of a maid is offered for free. A welcome packet with local products will welcome our guests to make them feel at home immediately.
If you need a transfer from or to the port or the airport or any recommendations about renting a car, an ATV or a motorbike do not hesitate to contact us.

Other things to note
Swimming on the beach in front of the rented house is entirely left to the responsibility of the tenants and their peril. This means in particular that tenants agree to supervise children at all times during the rental period, in and around the beach area in front of the house.

Best spot on the beach
The property owner was so nice. The location was directly on the beach with the best location along the bay. The unit is perfect for a couple and very private. I would hands down stay here again and highly recommend. It was a perfect location to explore the island and then come back in the afternoon for a swim out in front of the house. Market and restaurants a short walk.Perfect parking spot.

Idylle für Zwei
Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Die Fotos halten was sie versprechen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man den Blick über den weiten Strand und man schaut schon vom Bett aus in den blauen Himmel. Der angrenzende Balkon ist geschützt und man kann auch am Abend noch angenehm darauf sitzen. Toller neuer Dielenboden im Schlafzimmer und direkt angrenzendes neues Bad. Vor dem Frühstück unter einem Dach von Trauben sind wir erst einmal ins Meer , das direkt vor der Tür liegt. Angeliki ist eine super nette Vermieterin, die auf jede Mail umgehend antwortet. Was wir noch nie erlebt haben, das der Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft gefüllt war: mit Eiern, Milch Käse, Wasser, Butter und eine Platte mit leckeren Trauben . Vielen lieben Dank, Angeliki. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Gekocht haben wir aber nicht . Die vielen Tavernen entlang der Bucht und in Afionas (Bergdorf) sind zu einladend. Nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Strandhaus!
Ein sehr schönes, sehr geschmackvolles, sauberes und alleinstehendes Haus direkt an einem ruhigen Strand. Gerade in Covid 19-Zeiten haben wir das sehr genossen. Die Taverne direkt neben dem Haus hat uns mehr Spaß gemacht, als dass sie uns gestört hat.

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables dans la maison d’Angeliki. Elle est presque située sur une très jolie plage dans un village très cool. Angeliki a été très réactive et très accueillante. C’était parfait ! Merci encore !

Ein Juwel direkt am Strand
Dieses Domizil ist perfekt für einen entspannten und ruhigen Strand Urlaub. Das Haus und Grundstück ist ganz für einen alleine und entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung. Es ist extrem sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Und man wird mit einer kleinen Lebensmittel Grundausstattung empfangen. Perfekt ist auch die eigene Terrasse mit sonnenliegen, Schirm und Privatsphäre. Angelika hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war auch sofort telefonisch erreichbar, wenn es etwas zu klären gab. Der Nachbar mit dem Gemüsegarten, hat uns zweimal leckere Tomaten geschenkt. Ansonsten sind Supermärkte und viele Restaurants fussläufig direkt erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Dies ist definitiv ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.

Haus Karamella, unser Korfuparadies !
Für uns persönlich (2 Erwachsene) war dieses Ferienhaus ein kleines Paradies. Die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Betreuung durch die Inhaber waren einfach TOP! Eine gute Erstausstattung im Kühlschrank ist sicher auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Alles in Allem: Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Danke, Angelika!

Mai 2019 Sehr schönes Haus. Warmer, herzlicher Empfang von der Eigentümerin. Lebensmittel für 2 Tage Frühstück hatte sie bereitgestellt. Handtücher, sogar Strandtücher, genügend vorhanden. Wir hatten zeitweise kühles Wetter, die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. Kleines Manko: direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Restaurant. Geräusch - und Geruchsbelästigund nicht ausgeschlossen. War für uns aber kein Problem, da Vorsaison war, und kein stärker Betrieb. D. und R. aus Berlin

Super schönes Haus direkt am Strand
Wir wurden nachts um 23 Uhr sehr liebevoll empfangen, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Essen und Trinken. Das Haus - das direkt am Strand liegt - hat eine herrliche Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die ganze Bucht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, stilvoll. Wir haben uns die 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Angelica ist eine ausgesprochen nette Vermieterin, die jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Dieses Ferienhaus bekommt von uns die vollen 5 Sterne, da alles perfekt war, die Lage super ist, im Haus alles vorhanden war, was man braucht. Der nächste Supermarkt 150 m entfernt, Tavernen und Bootsverleih vor Ort, herrliche Buchten und Strände schnell erreichbar...... Deshalb, immer wieder gerne.
