Our review
The apartment is spacious, clean and well-appointed with a lovely sea-facing terrace plus a side garden / sea facing balcony off the bedrooms. There is a well stocked and friendly supermarket 2 minutes away and the beach is a short walk downhill, harder on the way up! There are 3 restaurants in the village but more choice in Pelakas. There were a couple of maintenance issues but these were handled as quickly as was possible. Our only negative was that the air conditioning is only in the 2nd bedroom and from the listing we expected it throughout the apartment.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, l'appartement est très agréable (malgré les moustiques), il est idéalement placé, Gabrielle et Tonia très réceptifs. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, unkomplizierte Buchung, genaue Beschreibung der Zufahrt, schöne geräumige saubere Wohnung ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen, hervorragende Aussicht aufs Meer von schönem Balkon, grosses abgezäuntes Gelände (war für unseren Hund ideal)

Pas à la hauteur de nos espérances
Il est difficile d'accéder à Pelakas de nuit, un peu plus de précision serait utile. La gentillesse des propriétaires et la mobilisation de notre correspondante n'est pas à mettre en cause. Le site en lui-même est grandiose Seulement la météo ne nous a pas été favorable ( orages pluies) cela nous a obligé de vivre plus à l'intérieur de l'appartement qui a bien besoin d'être rafraîchi. La propreté n'est pas en cause mais beaucoup de choses sont au bout de leur utilisation.Par exemple dans un chambre le chauffe-bain était inutilisable donc pas de douches ni eau chaude alors que deux salle d'eau étaient annoncées dans la location, De plus des odeurs nauséabondes provenaient des égouts et rendaient le séjour pas très agréable dans cette chambre. Dommage, s'ils veulent continuer à louer, il va falloir effectuer quelques rajeunissements, car la maison est idéalement située et l'environnement est magnifique.

Ruim appartement met mooi terras
Ruim appartement, waar we een week met plezier verbleven. We hebben erg genoten van het schaduwrijke terras met prachtig uitzicht over de zee! ‘S morgens heerlijk om te ontbijten en ‘s avonds om nog lang buiten te zitten. Airco aanwezig in één vd 2 slaapkamers. Voor alle ramen zijn horren aanwezig, dus geen last van muggen. Ligging is mooi centraal op het eiland (een steile weg om er te komen). Strand 5 minuten lopen en een kleine supermarkt om de hoek. De keuken is gedateerd, maar wel compleet ingericht met voldoende spullen om te kunnen koken. Wel wat gedoe gehad met electriciteit/stoppen. Wij vonden het een fijne plek!
