"A well needed stay after a long ferry and before my flight. Helpful friendly staff. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Kettle/coffee/shampoo an extra bonus. In a quiet area I didn’t hear anything all night. Recommend 100%"

"If your craving food that's similar to usa cuisine. This is the place to eat!!! The cottages are nice and clean!! The tv has cable with hbo and cinemax. The air conditioning cools down the room nicely. The superior rooms have hot water. The pool is clean as well. "

"I booked a twin room (that also said queen bed on the booking) and was given a small double bed. When I went to request a change the reception was already closed. The bathroom is so small and only a small amount of water comes from the shower."

"Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. "

"The staff are friendly and the place is good but it's far from the Main Street so we have to walk meters away to get taxi. Well, when it comes to financial reason the place is an ideal one. "

"There were a lot of insects, small cockcroaches invading my food and walking around the walls. Untiled CR and not draining well,no water heater, dirty footrug. A lodge may be a lot better."

"We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though."

"Great value. The place was clean. The room was in near new condition. The room I s small. It was very clean. Staff super freindly. Hot water. Wi fi only in lobby but worked well. It down a little alley way off the hi way in a residential area. Don’t expect 5 stars. I’d stay again for sure "

"NO PARKING. HOTEL IS IN LITTLE ALLEY. WHEN THEY WANTED US TO BACK UP IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC WE LEFT. NEVER EVEN STAYED THE NIGHT. "

"They kept us waited from 12-4:30pm to get checked in. Coz they couldnt find my name on bookings. They were fullybooked already ao they just offered us their office room and put some foam so we can use it overnight. The second day they transfered us to our booked family room but incomplete toiletress. We paid for family room but the first night its was terrible they never refunded any amount. "

"I did not proceed with the trip after learning that Kawayan is not operational due to destructions brought about by Typhoon Odette. I spoke personally with the Operator. "What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The rooms are kept very well and clean. Had no issues with the facilities. The staff was always courteous, hospitable and wjlling to help me with what I needes. The only complaint I had is pretty minor, the glass barriers by the pool needs to be cleaned a bit. Calcium build up is blocking the views of the city a bit."
