"Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! "Apartment was easy to find, access and very clean. Communication from the Hotels team was good but prior to the stay I got emailed twice and then Whatsapp’d to fill out check in information, which I’d already completed online. This was a bit frustrating. There was enough equipment for two but some amenities such as tea, sugar and maybe some bottled water would have have been nice. There was a loud pump we think that was to do with the hot water, but seemed to be linked to another apartment too...
