"We enjoyed our stay and the staff were mostly kind and some went above and beyond to help us with some things. However, apart from the Nava restaurant, the food served in the other dining areas was pretty average and not much choice, in fact they really just offered the same menu for most of them. The resort is miles from anywhere and is an hour's drive from Nadi. The best compliment I could offer would be that the staff are the best thing about the resort. "

"Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service - from arrival, to depature! The presentation of the property was second to none - I was completely in awe and could not stop smiling! We were upgraded to a bungalow which was soo beautifully presented, clean, with that extra care taken to make this the most enjoyable place I have ever stayed.
