"The Copper Harbor Peninsula is so quiet this time of year, exactly what I was looking for. The well-equipped house was easy to find and access and perfectly set up. "We had a great short weekend at this property. A couple of things we noticed that brought down the rating just a bit - some of the dishes were put away dirty (seemed to have oil or butter on them) and the dishwasher didn’t seem to get dishes fully cleaned. We also noticed that anytime the stovetop was on it would make the smoke alarms go off (food was not burnt or smoky, it just happened immediately after turning the burners on) unless the stove vent fan was on which was kind of concerning. "

"The cottage was great - exactly what you see on the pictures. It was clean, everything worked, and it looked like the host really cares about the property. We had 3 and it was perfect - would be very cozy for 5 or 6. We stayed in March so kind of a between season. Given the remote location, having a kitchen that allows real cooking was a huge plus for us. We will be back!"

"The property has stunning views and a nice cabin feel, ample parking and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is very clean. The stone fireplace is really nice but otherwise the interior is dated. For the price, we were expecting more comfortable beds - the mattresses are very old and uneven. This is an ideal location on Superior just minutes from Mt Bohemia."

"Location on white sand beach was superb. Best time I’ve ever had in the Keweenaw. Campfires on beach every night. Plenty of wood and tinder. Lighting in house isn’t good for reading. Lights over sink and table were hard to turn on. Appliances could have been cleaned better. Overall house condition average at best"
