"Fantastic hotel. From the minute you arrive at the entrance, the staff do everything they can to make you feel special and welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the level of cleanliness is impeccable. We had a beautiful room on the 5th floor with a lovely view. The spa is wonderful too. We will be back!"

"We chose Hampton by Hilton on price, knowing that it would be a modern and clean hotel with good facilities and it did not disappoint. Close enough to walk to everywhere we wanted in York although a bit of a schlep from the station with luggage initially. Would stay there again for sure"

"Very nice hotel. Very good location, 5 mins to the train station, shops and eatery places within walking distance of 5 mins. Staff very friendly especially in the restaurant. Booked half board, the food was delicious and well worth the money, 2 course meal and breakfast. One thing I would say, we booked the family room but there's no doors to the entrance to the bathroom and shower area, just doors for the toilet room and bedrooms!! Worth mentioning so people know. They should consider having some doors or blinds for privacy, but otherwise, very good stay and comfortable and convenient to everything "

"We were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday, and were given the lovely surprise of an upgrade plus a welcome treat in our room. It’s good to see the Hotel is continually improving the look of the Hotel by upgrading the flooring and extra new touches at breakfast. Big shout out to Rekah a staff member who is so welcoming."
