It's terrible, it definitely different from what we saw from the website. The owner wasnt here at the hotel so we had trouble coming in. Someone who lived in the apartment didn't let us in.

The place is not as advertised. It is not clean. It is a basement not an apartment. Hotels.com would not let me cancel. It is a shared space which is not listed either.

Jeg vide snart ikke, hvor jeg skal starte. Fik tildelt et andet værelse i kælderen, der lugtede og jeg fik ondt i øjne. baderum deles med 5 andre og i de 4 dage, blev der ikke gjort rent. Køkkenet var urent, især køleskabet. Meget begrænset redskaber og ingen kaffe maskin. Dobbelt glasdøre delte mit værelset fra naboen, meget larm. Døren til gang var den billigeste papdør med lås, der kunne åbnes med andre nølger eller andet. Meget larm fra gangen. Det mindede mere om en 3. verdens lande overnatning, end en i København.

Unprofessional
When we arrived they didn't have the key for the room since a staff had taken it home. We were left outside and had to call around on our own during late night to find other accommodation.
