"Nice room, nice size for Copenhagen. Comfortable bed and a nice door that opened to the outside to let in fresh air. Bathroom was a bit weird with its smoked glass door that keeps opening and blocking the entrance door, as well as the tub that you have to pull yourself into as it is elevated and very narrow which made it difficult to shower. Room was very clean. Breakfast was fine, but much less gf options than we've had at other hotels in the city which was disappointing. It was nice that you...

"I've stayed in a lot of dorms in a lot of countries but never ever have I gotten a double bed. The mattresses could be pulled like 15cm apart in the tiny room but it was still a little too close for comfort. When I addressed it at the reception and said that there was like no privacy, the receptionist looked at me and said patently "it's a hostel". I know - but usually at least you get your own bunk!"

"We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro. The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby.
