"We had a lovely 1- night half board stay at the Alegria palacio Mojacar. The food exceeded expectations. Staff lovely, drinks prices reasonable. We watched some Flamenco dancing in the hotel bar with a cocktail. Spa quite unique,2 saunas, a steam room and many different jets to discover in the pool €15 each for 90 minutes slot. Only downside is that nothing much else is in walking distance apart from the beach and a small supermarket. "

Plenty of places to eat in the retail park on the other side of the industrial estate. Very convenient for the airport and motorway network, but not so for the waterfront or old city centre."
