The paintwork and tiling inside is very good but it’s furniture and equipment, particularly the outside furniture (exception being dining table/chairs) is cheap, threadbare and stained; the rattans are all disintegrating, the cushions dire. The kitchen was really well equipped and the apartment was clean and tidy with good quality furnishing etc. My kids loved the pool area and slide and we loved the local area, particularly Pizzo town down by the seafront. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy.
