Utrolig hyggelige mennesker som jobbet i resturantene. Resepsjonister og transport har mye å lære i forhold til å være imøtekommende og løsningsorienterte. Det var i følge resepsjonen umulig for dem å skaffe taxi on demand fra hotellet til nærmeste tettsted Pizzo. Det tok oss 2min med google og en telefon så var taxien på plass innen 10min. Fantastisk taxi service av en lokal mann, utmerket leveranse, snakket godt engelsk og leverte oss, samt hentet oss i perfekt nøyaktighet. Ved avreise hadde vi forhåndsbestilt transfer fra hotellet til flyplassen som inkluderte babyseter. Disse var ikke på plass i bussen når vi kom til den og sjåføren var frustrert at vi forsinket han ved å insistere på riktig montering. Type turister ble sinte på oss at vi ønsket å sikre barna som skulle reise. Reisen til flyplassen ble en berg og dalbane over fartsgrensen og en frustrert sjåfør. Skal noen reise med barn under 2 år som trenger babysete vil jeg anbefale å ta med eget og sikre at man kan montere det riktig. Maten og drikken på hotellet var veldig ensidig og gjennomsnittlig. Veldig god pizza. Bassengene var fine og rolige. Området var vakkert.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen allerdings stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Im Restaurant sollten zukünftig das Besteck und die Gläser besser gespült werden ansonsten wird Sauberkeit groß geschrieben.

Weitläufige Anlage, sehr schön angelegt. Private Lodge Bereich ab 16 Jahre sehr zu empfehlen. Eher ein Club für Familien und Paare. Ohne Auto geht für ein paar Tage, wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Anfang Mai ist zu früh.
