"I stayed in room #232 which was a queen bed, and it was hard as a rock. It was not comfortable at all and I'm not asking for a plush bed. I woke up three times each night as my back and joints were hurting a little. If you have a bad back, and I do not, get another room. The staff were great, knowledgeable and friendly.
